week 6 blogpost

Intro
Rhinoceros are an amazing animal because of their horn.


Appearance
Rhinoceros are mammals. Rhinoceros don’t lay eggs, they give birth to their babies. Did you know that rhinos have hair on their horn? Rhinos are 1000kg some can weigh over  3500 kg.Did you know that there are 5 different kinds of rhinos? Did you know that rhinos have hard skin like armour?


Diet
Rhinos eat grass and leaves, sometimes bark off trees. Did you know that rhinos are herbivores? Herbivores are grass eaters.


Behaviour
Did you know that there is a bird that helps rhinos?  The bird  picks off bugs off the rhino’s back. What is a group of rhinos called? Is it a crash or a herd? It’s both of them. Did you know that rhinos hunt at night and sleep in the day? Did you know that rhinos roll in mud for a bath? Guess what? Rhinos are endangered.


Native Habitat
Did you know that rhinos are getting hunted? Did you know that rhinos have not that many predators? Do you what to know where rhinos live? Well they live in Africa.

Week four: weekend in Palmerston North

In the weekends I went to Palmerston North in the afternoon I stayed there for two days to see my sister Rachel at university.To get to Palmerston North it only takes two hours to get there. At Palmerston I went to the fair. I played on this duke game. If a duke has the number one you get a prize like a water gun or a teddy. For lunch I had subway.
